Wipro asks staff to be in office three times a week

IT main Wipro has requested its staff to come back again to workplace no less than three days per week. Whereas the workplace will stay closed on Wednesdays, staff have been instructed to work on any three of the remaining 4 weekdays. In a press release, Starting October 10, staff in management roles will return to work from workplaces in India, thrice per week.

“Our workplaces will likely be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Our fastidiously deliberated back-to-office coverage is supposed to permit staff the pliability of distant work whereas guaranteeing that our groups can entry experiences, in addition to alternatives, and construct significant relationships at work,” it mentioned.  FE
