Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Thursday stated he’ll reply to Congress chief Rahul Gandhi’s letter, in search of his intervention for offering well timed remedy to a “severely injured” elephant calf on the Nagarhole Tiger Reserve, on humanitarian grounds.
