The Chhattisgarh police on Monday arrested eight individuals in reference to the homicide of a 55-year-old man and his 35-year-old son within the state’s communal violence-hit Biranpur village final week, police mentioned.
The our bodies of Raheem Mohammad and his son Idul Mohammad had been discovered at a mine, a number of kilometres away from the village on April 11, three days after it was rocked by communal violence.

Violence had erupted between Hindu and Muslim teams within the village on April 8 after a battle between schoolchildren.
A neighborhood resident, Bhuneshwar Sahu (22), was killed within the conflict. Two homes had been burnt down on the outskirts of the village amid a Chhattisgarh referred to as by right- wing organisations on April 10.
