A 16-year-old lady was allegedly gang-raped by two males at gunpoint in Rajasthan’s Dholpur district earlier this week, police on Wednesday stated, including that efforts are on to nab the accused who’re absconding.
Police stated the purported incident passed off on Monday night time when the lady had stepped out to alleviate herself in a subject close to her home.
Station home officer (SHO) of Dholpur ladies police station, Manju Foujdar, stated a case was registered on the premise of a criticism by the survivor’s mom.
“Two males gang-raped my minor daughter at gunpoint on Monday when she had gone out to alleviate herself in a close-by subject,” the lady’s mom stated, including that one of many males is a neighbour.
The SHO stated the lady was taken to a district hospital for medical examination and the stories are awaited. A case has been registered below IPC and Pocso Act.
