Eight individuals, together with three girls, had been injured after being shot down by a safety guard close to Gate 06 of the Colombo harbour, Day by day Mirror reported citing police.
All of the eight injured had been admitted to the Colombo Nationwide Hospital.
Giving particulars concerning the incident, the police stated that the capturing was carried out by a safety guard at a highway building website of the Expressway.
