President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday denied Moscow’s declare that Ukraine had tried to assassinate Russian chief Vladimir Putin after Russia stated two drones had been shot down over the Kremlin.
“We did not assault Putin… We struggle on our territory, we’re defending our villages and cities,” Zelensky advised reporters at a press convention with Nordic leaders in Helsinki.
“We do not assault Putin or Moscow. We do not have sufficient weapons for this,” he added.
Russia stated Wednesday it had shot down two drones focusing on Putin’s Kremlin residence in what it referred to as a Ukrainian “terrorist” assassination try.
