Florida Substitute Teacher Accused Of Letting Seventh Grader Hit Her Vape Pen

A substitute instructor in Lake County, Florida, faces little one abuse fees after allegedly letting a seventh grader hit her vape pen on faculty grounds.

Jennifer Gaine Hale, 50, was arrested Friday for the incident.
