Chandigarh: The Congress and the BJP have filed complaints with the Election Fee (EC), alleging that Punjab’s ruling Aam Aadmi Get together (AAP) broke the ballot panel’s guidelines by deputing MLAs from exterior Jalandhar to handle cubicles throughout the bypoll Wednesday for the Lok Sabha seat.
