ZURICH, June 7 (Reuters) – UBS (UBSG.S) stated on Wednesday it has delayed the publication of its second quarter outcomes till August 31.

Switzerland’s largest financial institution, which is presently finishing its takeover of rival Credit score Suisse (CSGN.S) had initially deliberate to report its earnings on July 25.

UBS was contemplating delaying its quarterly outcomes a minimum of till the tip of August, because the Swiss banking large offers with complexities over its takeover, the Monetary Occasions reported on Sunday.
