Ravi Sinha, a 1988 batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, has been appointed as the following chief of the exterior intelligence company Analysis and Evaluation Wing (RAW) for 2 years.
A Chhattisgarh cadre officer posted as particular secretary (RAW), Sinha will substitute Samant Goel. In June 2019, Goel was appointed as RAW chief for 2 years. He was given two extensions of 1 yr and can full his prolonged tenure on June 30.
