A 51-year-old girl died Sunday afternoon in a rafting accident on the Colorado River in unincorporated Grand County.
Authorities from the Bureau of Land Administration and police from Kremmling and the Grand County Sheriff’s Workplace discovered the Kremmling girl unresponsive on the Radium Campground after her raft had overturned and he or she was faraway from the water, based on a sheriff’s workplace information launch.
Makes an attempt to attempt to resuscitate her had been unsuccessful and he or she was declared lifeless on the campground.
The coroner’s workplace will launch her identification and trigger and method of demise at a later time, based on the sheriff’s workplace.
