In her newly filed response, the Hulu star denies all allegations of wrongdoing. She argued her actions have been accomplished in good religion and “motivated by reliable and non-discriminatory causes and/or because of enterprise necessity.”
Additional, she argued, “Any improper, unlawful, and/or discriminatory motion or assertion of any agent, servant, or worker of Defendants was opposite to and in violation of Defendants’ insurance policies and was by no means really or apparently licensed by Defendants, and if undertaken, was undertaken with out its data and by no means ratified, consented to, or accepted.”
