The accused killer’s DNA was reportedly discovered on the sheath of the knife used to take the 4 college students’ lives, though Kohberger’s protection lawyer lately argued that Kohberger’s DNA was “positioned” on the sheath by investigators.
“The State’s argument asks this Courtroom and Mr Kohberger to imagine – is that the DNA on the sheath was positioned there by Mr Kohberger, and never another person throughout an investigation that spans a whole bunch of members of regulation enforcement and apparently no less than one lab the State refuses to call,” Kohberger’s protection staff wrote in one other current courtroom submitting.
