The Governor of Karnataka, Thawarchand Ghelot, on Tuesday gave assent to the modification of  the Karnataka Secondary Schooling Examination Board Act 1966, to rename it because the Karnataka Faculty Examination and Evaluation Board.

Karnataka faculty training minister BC Nagesh through the fifteenth legislative meeting session tabled a invoice to rename Karnataka Secondary Schooling Examination Board to Karnataka Faculty Examination and Evaluation Board (KSEAB).
