PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A medical transport jet crashed in Philadelphia on Friday about 30 seconds after taking off, setting houses ablaze, strewing particles and rattling residents after the second air catastrophe in as many days. Two individuals had been on board, the Federal Aviation Administration stated.
