The community agreed to a $12 million settlement with Grossberg after she accused the embattled information group of working a hostile and discriminatory office and of coercing her into offering false testimony in a deposition. She was fired for going public along with her claims, in accordance with Grossberg.
Grossberg had alleged that Fox Information attorneys tried to “coach, manipulate, and coerce Ms. Grossberg to ship shaded and/or incomplete solutions throughout her sworn deposition testimony.” She argued that doing so could be helpful for the information group, however not for her private popularity.
Grossberg, for her half, stood by her publicly filed claims and allegations within the lawsuit, regardless of now withdrawing these claims as a part of the settlement, including “I’m heartened that Fox Information has taken me and my authorized claims significantly.”
