Actor Akshay Kumar on Wednesday reached Abu Dhabi forward of the inauguration of the primary Hindu stone temple within the metropolis.

The temple in Abu Dhabi, which will likely be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has been constructed utilizing historic architectural strategies clubbed with scientific methods.

For the event, Akshay donned a white and golden kurta.

The 56-year-old actor was accompanied by his safety element.

The temple, referred to as BAPS Hindu Mandir, has been constructed with over 300 high-tech sensors to measure temperature and monitor seismic exercise, no metallic has been used within the building of the temple and fly ash has been used to replenish the inspiration.

The grand temple has been constructed by the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha on a 27-acre website in Abu Mreikhah, close to Al Rahba off the Dubai-Abu Dhabi Sheikh Zayed Freeway, at a value of round Rs 700 crore.
