New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Occasion (BJP) IT cell head Amit Malviya once more shared one other video questioning Rahul Gandhi’s “Hinduness” regardless of being roundly criticised for his earlier assault on the Congress chief for performing aarti ‘anti-clockwise’ on the Ujjain Shiva temple.

“Why is the Congress in such tearing hurry to show that the son of a Catholic mom and a Parsi father is a Hindu? Is it due to electoral compulsion in a Hindu majority India, the place Congress’s politics of minorityism has ceased to ship dividends?” he tweeted Sunday.

In the course of the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Ujjain, Rahul had visited the well-known Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga temple and carried out the Ma Narmada Aarti. He was seen donning a conventional apparel, which included a purple headgear and a yellow dupatta with ‘Om’ written throughout it.

Earlier, Union Minister Smriti Irani, too, shared an inverted image of Rahul commenting ‘now its okay’, implying that the ‘Om’ printed on his scarf was upside-down.

Reacting to Irani’s tweet, Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) spokesperson Priyanka Chaturvedi accused the Union Minister of mocking Hindu rituals, including that Irani was making an attempt to outdo Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma to retain the “Troll Tiara”.

“Need to outdo the Assam CM since Troll Tiara is being snatched away, so in an try and troll, lets mock Hindu rituals to retain the title and the Tiara,” she tweeted, referring to Sarma who had not too long ago in contrast Rahul’s bearded look to Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussain.

Clockwise, or anti-clockwise?

Malviya earlier shared a brief clip of Rahul performing the aarti, claiming that he was performing it the incorrect route anti-clockwise, and that the scientific method to do it’s clockwise as a result of the earth strikes clockwise.

If solely “chunavi Hindu” Rahul Gandhi knew that aarti is finished clockwise and there’s a scientific motive for it (earth strikes in clockwise route and therefore environmental frequencies are in sync with motion), he wouldn’t be making a spectacle of himself in public like this…” Malviya tweeted.

Quickly, truth checkers and Congress leaders shared movies of PM Narendra Modi performing the aarti in an analogous manner.

Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate shared a video of PM Modi and tagged each Malviya and Irani in search of their response In one other tweet, she additional added that Rahul had certainly carried out the aarti in clockwise route, however because of lateral inversion, it appeared anti-clockwise.

This isn’t the primary time that the BJP has attacked the Congress first household for indulging in Hindu rituals, terming them as a political technique to woo voters. Manner again in 2018, when the Congress referred to as Rahuli a ‘Janeudhari Hindu’, the BJP requested what his gotra (lineage) was.
