Chennai: BJP state president Ok. Annamalai launched a second audio clip of Tamil Nadu finance minister Palanivel Thiaga Rajan (PTR) Tuesday during which he purportedly speaks about “cash administration” within the ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK).
