Atleast 2 feared dead after stampede-like situation near Bengaluru’s Chinnaswamy stadium

A stampede-like state of affairs occurred close to Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday through the RCB victory parade, leaving no less than 2 feared useless and 15 individuals injured. Among the many injured, three individuals are reported to be in important situation.

The incident passed off as large crowds gathered to have a good time the crew’s triumph.

After initially saying that the victory parade was cancelled, the Bengaluru Site visitors Police stated it has made “preparations in case it occurs”.

Earlier within the day, House Minister Parameshwara Rao stated that there shall be no victory parade for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) males’s cricket crew after its maiden Indian Premier League title win in 18 years.

After information emerged that the victory parade had been cancelled, Bangalore Central MP PC Mohan slammed the state authorities.
