A forty five-year-old Aurora man was arrested for vehicular murder and driving below the affect after police say he crashed his truck right into a tree Monday, fatally injuring a passenger.
James Cooke was driving a 1999 Ford F-150 on East Smoky Hill Street round 4 p.m. Monday when he drove off the highway close to South Riviera Approach and crashed right into a tree, in response to a Wednesday information launch from the Aurora Police Division.
A 46-year-old girl was ejected throughout the crash and brought to the hospital with life-threatening accidents. She died early Wednesday morning, Aurora police mentioned.
