
A person strolling Sunday night in northwestern Aurora was injured in a hit-and-run, and police are looking for the driving force.
Aurora officers responded to the hit-and-run close to Havana Road and Eighth Avenue at about 7:50 p.m. Sunday, police division spokesperson Joe Moylan stated in an electronic mail to JHB.
The person, who has not been publicly recognized, was strolling on the sidewalk alongside Havana when he was hit by a southbound automobile, Moylan stated. The driving force then fled the scene.
Paramedics took the person to the hospital, and he’s anticipated to outlive, Moylan stated.
No suspects had been publicly recognized or arrested as of Monday morning. No automobile data was obtainable.
