Bajrang Punia, Vinesh Phogat lead top Indian wrestlers’ protest against WFI President’s ‘dictatorship’

In an unprecedented transfer, the nation’s high wrestlers, together with Tokyo Olympics bronze medallist Bajrang Punia and world championship medallist Vinesh Phogat, staged a protest towards the “dictatorship” of nationwide federation President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on Wednesday.

Singh has been on the helm since 2011. He was elected President of WFI for the third consecutive time in February 2019.
