Bengaluru crime: Two held for allegedly supplying marijuana worth Rs. 35 lakhs | Bengaluru

The Bengaluru police arrested two accused on Saturday for allegedly supplying marijuana within the metropolis’s Konankunte space. The cops have recovered 263 kilograms of marijuana from the accused and seized the banned substance.

P Krishnakanth, deputy commissioner of police, Bengaluru (South) tweeted, “In case you are planning for a celebration this 12 months finish – Beware! Arrested two drug peddlers concerned in provide of ganja to Bengaluru metropolis. Glorious job carried out by Konankunte police in seizing 263 kgs of Ganja value rupees 35 lakhs.”

On Saturday, the crime department officers of Bengaluru police arrested a Nigerian nationwide on Friday for allegedly peddling medication within the Digital Metropolis space. The cops have recovered 250 grams of MDMA crystals from the accused and seized the narcotic substance. The copsalso arrested 4 accused for allegedly peddling medication value Rs. 2.7 crore within the metropolis this week. All of the accused had been caught in DJ Halli police limits of Bengaluru and police seized the recovered narcotic substance.Earlier this month, A complete of 27 folks had been arrested by the Narcotics Management Bureau (NCB) in Bengaluru for allegedly operating a drug racket by numerous messaging platforms. The 27 folks embody each peddlers and even customers of the banned narcotics substances.
