A 21-year-old scholar at a premier engineering school in Bengaluru was arrested by the police Thursday on prices of rape following a grievance by his senior that he sexually assaulted her in a males’s toilet within the school premises on October 10.
The accused, recognized as a sixth-semester scholar, was arrested after the girl, a seventh-semester scholar, filed a police grievance on October 15, a police officer stated. “A case of rape has been registered.
