April 13 (Reuters) – BNP Paribas (BNPP.PA) stated on Thursday it has appointed José Placido as chief govt officer of its U.S. operations, efficient April 1.
José will assume the function of CEO of BNP Paribas USA and can oversee all U.S.-business actions whereas retaining within the function of CIB Americas’ govt chief, the Paris-based financial institution stated.
The largest euro-zone financial institution has additionally appointed Jean-Yves Fillion because the vice-chairman of the BNP Paribas USA Board of Administrators.
Jean-Yves Fillion was serving as CEO of BNP Paribas USA since 2016, overseeing each wholesale and retail operations.
