Buses, CM Bommai’s pictures sprayed with black paint in Maharashtra’s Solapur | Bengaluru

The strain over the Belagavi border dispute additional escalated on Wednesday as members of a neighborhood outfit in Maharasthra sprayed black paint on a Karnataka State Street Transport Company (KSRTC) bus and on the image of Karnataka chief minister Basavaraj Bommai in Solapur, reported information company ANI. On Wednesday, the Karnataka Rakshana Vedike held protests within the border areas after black paint was sprayed on the buses. The activists stated they can even retaliate with comparable motion if buses from Karnataka are focused. In view of the excessive rigidity, the police on either side tightened safety. Buses had been additionally offered further safety to guard the automobiles and the passengers.

The row intensified the area started after two Maharashtra ministers Chandrakant Patil and Shambhuraj Desai, who had been appointed by chief minister Eknath Shinde to coordinate with the authorized workforce coping with the border dispute, introduced their go to to Belagavi on December 6. Following vehement protests by pro-Kannada organisations in Maharashtra, the minister postponed their journey.
