Celebrities took to social media to specific their shock and share their fond reminiscences of McMahon.
Nicolas Cage, who lately starred alongside McMahon within the Cannes midnight title The Surfer, informed retailers the information was “deeply saddening”.
He shared: “I spent six weeks working with Julian, and he was probably the most gifted of actors. Our scenes collectively on The Surfer have been amongst my favorites I’ve ever participated in, and Julian is one in all my favourite folks. He was a form and clever man. My like to his household.”
Rose McGowan, McMahon’s co-star on Charmed, took to her Instagram Story to share a touching message, writing: “Oh Julian, you pressure of brilliance, wild expertise and humour. For you, your loved ones and loving followers all around the world, I pray consolation.”
Fellow Charmed star Holly Marie Combs remembered him as “my favourite ache within the a– ever”. She shared behind-the-scenes movies of McMahon from the cult traditional TV present, reminiscing about his “unyielding zest for all times” and “loopy making humorousness”.
Her tribute concluded: “The enjoyment and laughter you have been the direct reason for will at all times be remembered. I hope you discover our girl good friend and dance in these rose petals.”
