Chirag’s riposte to Nitish jibe: ‘This kid relegated you to third place in 2020 polls’

Campaigning in assist of BJP candidate for Goaplganj bypoll Kusum Devi on Tuesday, Lok Janshakti Celebration (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan, who can be an MP from Jamui, reacted sharply to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar referring to him as a “bachcha (child)” and in addition mentioning the second marriage of the late Ram Vilas Paswan, his father.

Chirag, who campaigned for the BJP for the primary time for the reason that 2019 Lok Sabha polls, instructed The Indian Categorical, “I’m deeply damage at Nitish Kumar making a reference to the second marriage of my father, who shouldn’t be on this world. Nitish has opted out of campaigning for the bypolls and addressed the Mokama and Gopalganj voters by a video message.

Reacting to the “child” comment, Chirag mentioned, “When it comes to age, positive, I’m like his son. However the tone and tenor of his child reference counsel that he was being sarcastic. He should not neglect that this child had relegated the JD(U) to quantity three within the 2020 state polls.”

The allusion was to JD(U)’s poor present within the 2020 Meeting polls when Chirag, who then headed the LJP based by his father, revolted towards Kumar and fielded candidates, lots of them BJP rebels, from all seats contested by the JD(U). That is the primary time for the reason that final state polls that Nitish Kumar has attacked Chirag.
