Emergency crews from throughout the metro space battled and extinguished a fireplace that sparked in a Commerce Metropolis industrial warehouse Saturday morning.
The South Adams County fireplace crews responded to a fireplace in a big, industrial warehouse round 7 a.m. Saturday, in response to a statement on social media from the fireplace division.
Energetic flames and a plume of black smoke could possibly be seen coming from the constructing, fireplace officers stated.
By 9:30 a.m., Adams County officials said firefighters had extinguished the flames and have been working to place out remaining sizzling spots.
Adams County Hearth Rescue, North Metro Hearth Rescue, the Platte Valley Ambulance Service and the Commerce Metropolis Police Division all responded to the Saturday morning fireplace.
No accidents have been reported Saturday morning and an estimate of the injury finished within the fireplace was not obtainable.
