A Delhi courtroom has ordered the framing of fees towards 11 alleged Indian Mujahideen (IM) operatives together with Yasin Bhatkal for conspiracy to wage conflict towards India whereas discharging three others.

The NIA informed the courtroom that IM was a breakaway group from the Scholar Islamic Motion of India and was concerned in bomb blasts and terrorist actions. It argued Yasin Bhatkal, Iqbal Bhatkal, Riyaz Bhatkal, Amir Reza Khan, and Tehsin Akhtar had been principal conspirators and executors of terrorist acts together with the 2008 Jaipur serial blasts.
