Digvijaya Singh opts out of Congress president’s race, backs Mallikarjun Kharge for the post

New Delhi: Congress chief Digvijaya Singh on Friday introduced that he is not going to contest the get together president’s election and would as a substitute suggest the candidature of his senior Mallikarjun Kharge.
