Election Fee officers on Tuesday filed a grievance towards son of chief minister Siddaramaiah, Yathindra, on the Hanur police station in Chamarajanagara district, for utilizing “abusive phrases” towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union house minister AmitShah.
Filed by election workplace flying squad wing sector officer Gundu Rao on April 1, the grievance referred to as for applicable motion to be taken towards Yathindra for his derogatory speech, Hanur police inspector Shashi Kumar stated.

Talking at a Congress gathering in Chamarajanagara district on March 28, Yathindra stated that Shah faces homicide prices in Gujarat and has a background in felony actions. “However now, he’s in a excessive place within the nation.” On March 29, the BJP filed a grievance with the EC towards Yathindra.
After the EC’s grievance, Yathindra stated, “I quoted no matter prices have been already placed on him (Amit Shah) earlier. I didn’t exaggerate. I gave applicable reply to the election fee.” Defending him, Mysuru district Congress committee president R Murthy stated that “The feedback made by Yatindra will not be new as his feedback have been based mostly on earlier police data.”

Reacting to the fees, BJP district unit president CS Niranjana Kumar stated, “His feedback have been a private assault towards a union minister. The court docket had already exonerated Shah from all of the circumstances then how can one can name him a goonda?”
