The European Union will attempt to arrange a specialised court docket, backed by the United Nations, to research and prosecute potential battle crimes dedicated by Russia in Ukraine, European Commision President Ursula Von Der Leyen stated on Wednesday.

Russia, which calls its actions in Ukraine a “particular army operation”, has denied concentrating on civilians.
