Former Apex Metropolis councilman Scott Lassiter accused North Carolina Home Speaker Tim Moore of planting a hidden digital camera at his dwelling in retaliation for his intercourse scandal lawsuit, RadarOnline.com has realized.

Lassiter filed the lawsuit in opposition to Moore underneath North Carolina’s “alienation of affection” legislation, which allowed circumstances to be introduced in opposition to exterior events accused of interfering in a relationship. Lassiter claimed Moore “coerced” his ex-wife Jamie into participating in “group intercourse” for “political favors.”

Six nights after the digital camera was initially planted, the person returned to the house to retrieve the system.

The person was caught on Lassiter’s digital camera, a picture later used to help Lassiter’s lawsuit in opposition to Moore, who he accused of being the brains behind the operation.

Whereas the person’s identification remained a thriller, Lassiter’s legal professional mentioned they wished him to face justice.

“John Doe is at present an unidentified defendant. We wish to establish him as quickly as doable in order that he might be named and served in Mr. Lassiter’s pending civil motion,” Lassiter’s legal professional Alicia Jurney instructed the outlet.
