Floyd Mayweather was accused of ordering his bodyguard to deal with a fan who began filming the boxer together with his mobile phone.
In line with court docket paperwork obtained by RadarOnline.com, a person named Eduardo Andres Torres Martinez sued Mayweather, The Cash Crew LLC, and the corporate that owns the restaurant, Yard Home.

The swimsuit accused the defendants of assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional misery, and common negligence.
Within the swimsuit, Martinez stated he was on the Yard Home at LA Stay in Downtown Los Angeles on February 10, 2022.

He stated “sooner or later, Mayweather Cash Crew” entered the restaurant, “which resulted in a big crowd to assemble round them inflicting a commotion.”
Martinez stated “utilizing his mobile phone” he began recording the Mayweather Cash Crew. He stated Floyd seen that he was recording and allegedly instructed his bodyguards to deal with Martinez.

Martinez claimed the bodyguard approached him and “negligently, carelessly, deliberately, maliciously and/or bodily touched, struck, and/or hit [Martinez] by hanging” him and inflicting him to fall to the bottom.
Martinez stated the bodyguard then wrestled with him in an “try and confiscate” his mobile phone, which allegedly brought on him additional accidents and damages.

Within the swimsuit, Martinez accused Yard Home’s safety of being negligent and failing to care for the scenario or cease Mayweather’s staff from hitting him.
Martinez stated he was “positioned in nice worry for his life, well being and security.”

Martinez demanded unspecified damages in his lawsuit. Mayweather has but to answer the accusations in court docket.
Again in 2020, Floyd and his safety staff had been concerned in one other scenario. TMZ reported a police report was filed towards the boxer after a 32-year-old man claimed Floyd freaked out on him after he requested for a photograph.
