Former Pakistan cricketer and umpire, Muhammad Nazir junior handed away in his hometown of Lahore on Thursday after extended sickness. He was 78.
Nazir, who had given some torrid time to West Indian legend Viv Richards along with his off-spin, was bed-ridden for the previous couple of months, Noman Nazir, his son, confirmed.
“My father was badly injured in a street accident some 5 years again and after that he by no means obtained over his well being issues and for the previous couple of months was bed-ridden. He handed away in hospital,” Noman mentioned.
