The Bengaluru police Monday stated they’ve booked former Uttar Pradesh MLA Bhagwan Sharma alias Guddu Pandit for allegedly sexually assaulting a 40-year-old girl.
The police have registered a case underneath Part 69 (sexual activity by deceitful means) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
Based on a grievance filed by the lady, the assault came about at a resort close to the Kempegowda Worldwide Airport (KIA).
The lady stated she, alongside together with her minor son, travelled from Uttar Pradesh to Bengaluru on August 14 on the former MLA’s insistence. On the identical day, he allegedly took them to a number of locations within the metropolis.
