FTX gets court approval to subpoena founder Bankman-Fried, other insiders

Feb 8 (Reuters) – Failed crypto agency FTX acquired court docket approval on Wednesday to problem subpoenas to its founder Sam Bankman-Fried and members of his household as a part of the corporate’s investigation into “misappropriated and stolen” funds.

FTX, a once-prominent crypto alternate, filed for chapter safety in November amid allegations that Bankman-Fried used FTX clients’ cash to prop up the steadiness sheet of the FTX-affiliated hedge fund Alameda Analysis.
