Feb 24 (Reuters) – The Group of Seven nations (G7) is taking actions towards third-country actors “materially supporting Russia’s warfare in Ukraine,” the bloc stated on Friday because it reaffirmed “its unwavering help for Ukraine for so long as it takes.”
“We name on third-countries or different worldwide actors who search to evade or undermine our measures to stop offering materials help to Russia’s warfare, or face extreme prices,” the G7 stated in a press release.
“To discourage this exercise all over the world, we’re taking actions towards third-country actors materially supporting Russia’s warfare in Ukraine.”
The USA and Britain, that are a part of the G7, slapped additional sanctions on Moscow earlier on Friday to mark the primary anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine.
