California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) slammed Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) in a brand new interview, calling Florida’s new hid carry legislation clear proof Republicans “don’t care about our youngsters.”

The Republican, who’s reportedly eyeing a 2024 run for president towards Donald Trump, celebrated the legislation in a press launch, declaring, “Constitutional Carry is within the books.”
Newsom warned that there could be penalties for taking an motion that so many individuals oppose, saying DeSantis is “scared to dying, frightened of the individuals, frightened of the general public.”
The Democrat added: “I believe the vast majority of NRA members most likely oppose that place.”
