Basic Electrical — GE HealthCare Applied sciences begins buying and selling as a separate firm on the S&P 500 Wednesday. Tesla — Shares gained 1% within the premarket. The inventory dropped 12% Tuesday, a day after the electric-vehicle maker reported lacking expectations on fourth-quarter supply and manufacturing numbers.
