A younger woman was injured in a hit-and-run crash whereas getting off of a Regional Transportation District bus within the 1400 block of South Uravan Road on Friday, in response to Aurora police.
The woman, who police consider is 6 years outdated, was getting off of the bus together with her aunt when she walked into the roadway and was struck by a pickup truck that sped away from the crash, Aurora Police Division spokesperson Joe Moylan mentioned.
Police responded to the scene at 4:18 p.m. and the woman was taken to the hospital with accidents that aren’t believed to be life-threatening, Moylan mentioned.
