Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami stated on Tuesday that he spoke to Union regulation minister Kiren Rijiju and guaranteed justice for a 19-year-old rape sufferer who hailed from the state, a day after the Supreme Courtroom acquitted three males sentenced to demise for her 2012 gang rape and homicide.
