Harvard’s Laurence Tribe Spots 1 Major Flaw In Case Against Trump

Harvard constitutional legislation professor Laurence Tribe known as the indictment towards Donald Trump “good,” however stated there’s one issue that might render the entire thing moot: Timing.

“I do suppose that [Attorney General] Merrick Garland didn’t proceed as quick as he might need,” Tribe stated on MSNBC on Tuesday night.

Consequently, the case towards Trump over his actions main as much as the Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol may drag on into the following presidency.

Tribe stated it’s a reminder of how “weak and fragile” the authorized system is.
