A motorcyclist died in a multi-vehicle site visitors crash Saturday afternoon, and a stretch of I-70 close to Sheridan Boulevard was shut down in each instructions for about three hours.
Site visitors was detoured, and drivers confronted delays within the space, police stated on Twitter. Alternate routes had been suggested.
The freeway reopened late within the afternoon, police stated in a 5:54 p.m. tweet.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
