
The clip, captured by photographer Raphi Talisman, reveals two brokers, one sporting a balaclava and a vest that reads “POLICE ICE,” who’ve a person pinned down on the cement. The person is seen resisting arrest as he yells in each English and Spanish.
In the course of the wild scene, an agent’s gun falls to the bottom after the person being detained smacks it. The agent then goes to retrieve the pistol and factors it on the crowd; nonetheless, it’s unclear if there was a risk from any of the onlookers, as folks within the crowd yell, “Put the gun down!”
“What, you going to shoot me? Go forward, shoot me. Shoot me, go forward,” one particular person is heard yelling on the officer.
In the meantime, the person being detained yells, “I like America,” and claims he was “born in D.C.,” as he pleads to be launched from custody.
