The Indraprastha Fuel Ltd (IGL) on Saturday elevated CNG costs in New Delhi and its neighbouring cities of Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram resulting from an increase within the enter worth. Used extensively in auto rickshaws, automobiles and buses within the nationwide capital, CNG will now retail at ₹79.56 per kg in Delhi.
Amongst its satellite tv for pc cities, CNG worth was hiked to ₹82.12 per kg in Noida, Better Noida and Ghaziabad, whereas it retailed at ₹87.89 per kg in Gurugram

- CNG retail worth in Kanpur, Fatehpur and Hamirpur stays unchanged, IGL acknowledged.
The costs of CNG and IGL cooking fuel piped to family kitchens within the nationwide capital had been final hiked in October as the federal government raised pure fuel costs by 40 per cent to a file USD 8.57 per million British thermal unit from October 1.
Pure fuel, which is extracted from beneath the earth’s floor, is transformed to compressed pure fuel (CNG) for working cars and piped to family kitchens for cooking. It’s also used to generate electrical energy and manufacture fertilizer.
