Rishabh Pant missed out on his seventh Check hundred for India when he fell on 99 in the course of the first Check towards New Zealand on the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Saturday.
Batting in India’s second-innings comeback after being skittled for 46, their lowest Check rating, Pant walked in at No. 5 on day 4 and partnered centurion Sarfaraz Khan.
