IND vs SA: Why third India vs South Africa T20I was halted | Cricket News

IND vs SA: The third T20I match between India and South Africa was halted after only one over being bowled within the second innings by India. The rationale was not hostile climate circumstances. Cameras confirmed the pitch being vaccumed by the groundsmen as loads of the ants had been perched on the 22-yard strip.

Earlier, South Africa captain Aiden Markam had gained the toss for the third time in three IND vs SA video games and selected to bowl first with the collection deadlocked at 1-1.

For India, Tilak Varma blitzed his solution to a 51-ball century towards South Africa within the third T20I. Due to Tilak Varma and Abhishek Sharma’s fireworks, India obtained to 219/6 on the finish of their 20 overs, setting South Africa a required charge of 11 runs per over.
